How do I start using Streamular?
To get started, you must first click the “REGISTER/LOGIN” button at the top right corner, where you can register or log into your existing Streamular account.
To register, simply login with your Twitch ID and Password. You will then be asked to approve logging in using your Twitch account.
Next, select 4 or 5 of your interests from a group of options such as Gaming, Music, Talk Shows etc. We will use these selections to match you up with followers of similar interests once a plan is activated.
Finally, you are taken to the Member’s Area, where you can select a plan. You may choose our Free plans, which require a bit of manual work, or our Paid plans, which operate 100% automatically after you purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not obtain your login information or have any access to your Twitch account. You are NOT required to provide us any password you use for your Twitch account. You ARE required to keep your account Public in order to use our services though.

How do I cancel my paid subscription?
When you purchase a subscription plan, you will automatically be billed on the same day of each month. If at some point you no longer need your Streamular subscription, simply send us a message via our contact us page and we will set your account to expire at the end of your current month’s subscription. If for example, you subscribed on the 23rd of the month, but write us about cancelling your account on the 10th of the next month, we will set your account to cancel 13 days later, at the end of your current month’s subscription. If you were to prefer immediate cancellation, simply let us know and we can do that for you as well. You are not obligated to remain subscribed for any period of time, but you will need to write us when you are ready to cancel. We will then handle it and send you a confirmation message.
When will I receive my “Premium Services” order?
PLEASE NOTE: “Premium Services” include the 1-time purchase options that for bulk services, such as “1000 Twitch Followers”.
All “Premium Services” orders will be started within 24-72 hours of your purchase time. Usually, your order will begin shortly after you have completed payment, but depending on the quantity of the services you ordered, it may take 24-72 hours to START delivering your order, then a few days more days to complete it in full.
